David graduated from Allegheny College with a degree in International Economics. His postgraduate studies were at the London School of Economics. In 1981, he began as an underwriter with United States Fidelity and Guaranty Company. Dave later served as assistant vice president and branch manager of Arizona’s largest surety, Merchants Bonding Company, until 1990 when he joined Constructors Bonding, Inc. Dave is a former member of the Board of Directors of the National Association of Surety Bond Producers, representing Region II (AZ, CA, NV, HI, Australia and Guam). In 1998, he became the first person in the United States to successfully complete NASBP’s Surety Underwriting program. |
