Dave Hickman is a 1979 graduate of Kearny State University (Nebraska) with a degree in Economics. Dave joined Merchants Bonding in their Phoenix Office in 1987 as Marketing Manager for that territory. He was later put in charge of the company's entire marketing efforts and, when Merchants centralized their operations to their Des Moines, Iowa home office, Dave was made Assistant Vice President. He carries a 5 handicap in golf and is active in many industry organizations. He serves as CBI's industry association liaison as well. Dave, his wife Leslie, and their children, Abbey and Jackson, live in the Chandler area.
