Barry began his career in surety after graduation from college in 1968 when he joined the bond department of Aetna Casualty & Surety Company in Charlotte, North Carolina. With Aetna for 13 years, Barry went on to serve as bond manager in its Little Rock, Kansas City and Omaha branch offices. In 1981, Barry resigned from Aetna, moved his family to Phoenix, and founded Constructors Bonding, Inc. In 1997, Barry was honored by the National Association of Surety Bond Producers with its Tiger Trust award for service in promotion of the use of surety bonds. |
